Q. What happens after I place my order for the Candy Wrapper Shoppe Kit?

A. When you click on the “Buy Now” button and your payment is processed, you will automatically be directed to a secure page to download your files.

All files will be zip files, so make sure you have an unzip program on your computer. Winzip is a good one.

Please make note of the link expiration date of the files. You will usually have anywhere between 48 and 72 hours to download your product. We realize that you’re busy and we have found that this has been more than sufficient time for our customers to access the files.

After you download and unzip your files, be sure to read the instructions on how to import them and personalize them before printing them.

Q. Can I use the candy wrappers on products that I sell?

A. Yes! We want to make it simple for you. If you have a candy wrapper business, and would like to use our wrappers on candy that you sell, you may do so, but you can not resell the actual wrappers.

Q. Can I resell the graphics of the wrappers that I purchase from you? Do these wrappers come with PLR (private label rights)?

A. No, the digital wrappers do not come with private label rights. You may not resell the digital product / zip file that you purchase from us.

Q. Will you ever be opening up your wrappers to PLR?

A. Yes, as a matter of fact we are working on that right now.
